What's the Best Floor for a Front Load Washer

I'm putting down a new laundry room floor as part of a kitchen/laundry remodelling project. I'm trying to decide what floor type is best since I hear that front load washing machines may "dance" around the floor some. My current top loader doesn't move at all. I'm getting the new Kenmore He5 series washer and dryer with pedestals. My laundry room is on the first floor right next to my kitchen with a basement below. Does anyone know what floor type is best to eliminate the movement or vibration? Or, can a front loader crack ceramic tiles? I'm considering ceramic tile, a synthetic tile, or a sheet of linoleum. Thanks!
