It doesnt sparkle but it looks pretty good. The problem is i am a clutterbug. I have a hard time trowing things out. Especially my kids homework/artwork. So it will gather on the kitchen counter.

Funny you should ask, just did a load of dishes and wiped down surfaces and the microwave. I need to clean off the island, which stays cluttered and clean the floor still.

First I'm taking a break and cleaning off my desk area, going through mail.

Pretty much except for the dog footprints on the floor. The furkids have been a handful this morning.

Nope....dishes in the sink because I didn't unload the dishwasher last night. I haven't felt good, so I have done as little as possible. BUT, I did wash the cast iron dutch oven the roast was in last night. :)

Yep mine is very clean.....I just finished making salads for dinner and salmon patties to cook later but I can't stand a messy kitchen...but

haha...the housekeepers were here yesterday and they did the spic and span thing so it is cleaner than usual...

The floor is clean,I mopped it last night. Fridge is clean. Stove and counters are clean. Table is a mess-mail and bills. I use the kitchen table as my "office".

Put me with the 'No' crowd. I am working on it or at least I will when I get off the computer. Whenever that will be.

Basically, yes, but it does need a llittle tweaking ;o) After I get home tonight I'll wipe the counters, vacuum and mop the floor, and unload the DW. Maybe throw a couple of loads of wash in, too.

Yup, clean as a whistle. But probably the only room in the house that is. Those dust bunnies are hiding in every other room. LOL

NOPE! The dishes in the dw are clean but I didn't wash the pans fron dinner last night. I don't have enough cabinet space so there are cracker boxes next to the mixer. The bar is loaded with things that need to be put in place.

Yep. I just washed the floor and wiped the ref. and microwave. There is a broken Pyrex dish sitting in a skillet on the stove waiting for me to decide what to do with it. It fell from the dish drainer into the sink and crashed. Guess I'll ox it and toss it.

Yes, it's clean. Would it pass a "Mrs. Clean" test? No and it never will. It's a little messy right now as I'm in the process of fixing dinner.

It's cleaner than usual. Not dirty dishes or counters, just clutter. I have groceries from Sunday still in bags on the counters and table that need to be put in the pantry.

The main kitchen is passably clean; the second kitchen is squeaky clean (it got a thorough cleaning on Sunday).

Clean but not pristine! DH is great about keeping the kitchen clean....he is a keeper!

Yep! it is clean except for 9 X 13 pan soaking in the kitchen, everything
else is wiped down and waiting for dinner to be started.

It's pretty clean. I can't stand it to be messy. It drives me nuts.

Cleaner than it was a couple days ago. The dishwasher is almost full, then I'll run the load. Counters are clean except for some old mail laying on it. Floor was scrubbed yesterday.

Mine is fairly clean. I made some meatloaf patties and macaroni and cheese for Bob's supper. I also cooked some vegetable beef soup and cornbread muffins for mine and Anna's supper. Everything will be heated this evening when we get home from running around. While the food was in the oven and the soup was simmering I cleaned most of the kitchen. I still need to wipe the stove and mop the floor, but the floor part will be after we eat tonight.

Towel on counter from when I washed tomatoes. Couple of used mugs (only once or twice, so still some mileage [kilometreage] in them). Pan from bread machine, some storage containers.

Clutter on the table ... leaving some free space.

Dirty pots on stove.

Fridge needs sorting and cleaning.

Reasonably. I wiped the counters down earlier today and swept the floor. There are no dirty dishes laying around, those go straight into the dishwasher. There's a bag from Home Depost sitting on the counter and a small stack of catalogs but that is about it.

At this moment, our kitchen has never been used! Contractors are putting in the finishing touches as I type! :-)

Yes. But, I am retired, my sons are grown and DH is still working. I have time enough in my life to actually enjoy keeping it clean and organized. Never knew that I would one day think of cleaning the kitchen as fun! I do now. There is something theraputic about oiling the butcher block and keeping the sinks sparkling.

Define clean! There are no spills on the floor, nor the counters, and the sink is sort of clean. LOL. One side is clean and empty the other full of clean dishes, on the drain board.

The counters have the usual clutter stuff on them, and there is a dirty pot on the stove, cause Jerry just made his self some popcorn.

To me, the kitchen looks clean! :)

I did a week's worth of baking today, fixed lunch and packed a lunch bucket. Digger is reheating and eating leftovers as we speak. Ten minutes though, and it'll be clean. I use a lot of bleach. And have a dishwasher.

Yes, but DH has been in the hospital since January 5th so there hasn't been anything cooked since then.

just a few dirty dishes, and havn't put christmas paper plates away. lol

i also have couple pieces we brought home from dh's aunt (she passed over christmas)...they need to be silver polished and just HATE doing that!

Mine is also pretty clean,can't stand it to be messy,and i absolutely can't stand clutter on the table and counters.I open my mail in my sewing/craft/computor room,where the shredder stands ready to accomodate all that junk.

It's probally the cleanest room in the house.I'm always cooking or baking,so the counters get cleaned several times a day.I'm one of those cooks that can't operate in a clutter,so I clean up as I go.
However the dishwasher is loaded to the hilt and I'll run it as soon as DH has his shower...don't want to freeze the dear man to death!

Actually, it looks pretty good.. plus I have Wednesday's off so that was the first room I worked on when I got up this a.m. I usually keep the kitchen pretty clean, I hate a messy kitchen, drives me nuts but it's the paper that creeps up on me.. mail, things the kids need to take etc.

No way ... it's not terrible, but it's not clean. I need to mop the floor, but we keep having either rain or snow and with all these dogs, it just doesn't pay to put too much effort into floors when there's mud outside waiting to come in on their paws. Kitchen table has "stuff' that needs to be put away, the inside of the microwave could stand to be wiped out. And the FRIDGE! Eegads, that baby needs to be emptied, wiped down and re-loaded.

Got it cleaned up just in time for American Idol last night. Stoney, I cleaned out the fridge but still need to mop the floor, too.
