ticor vs. blanco, pricing and gauge question

I originally wanted a Franke sink, until I saw the price! So I have read so many nice reviews here about ticor and blanco and justed checked some out. I was looking at the Blanco 510-876, s/bowl,undermount 18/10 chrome-nikel satin polished finish. I found it for $487.23. I found a ticor almost identicle to blanco on galaxy tool supply for only $164.99!!!!

Im really shocked and it almost sounds too good to be true, is it?? Im also a little confused because it says the bowl is made from 16 gauge and in the same paragraph it says 18/10 chromium nikel, read below:

"Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink 16 Gauge Bowl (Stronger and thicker than 18 gauge) 16 Gauge/1.2mm Polished Rim 7-1/8" Bowl Depths Heavy duty sound guard coated and padded 24" Minimal Required Cabinet Space Scratch resistant top satin finish 1/4 round rim with mirror polished finish Sinks are made of high quality 18/10 Chromium/Nickel Stainless Steel"

what does all this mean and is it a good sink for that little money?
