Best turkey I've ever had...a new secret weapon

Hi everyone, I hope you had a wonderful holiday. After years and years of dry turkey, I decided to try the Cajun Butter and Creole Injection marinade. Don't let the name fool you, it's fat free and not as spicy as typical creole can be. I prepped the turkey the night before stuffing the inside with bread, fresh thyme, sage, marjoram and apples. Then I injected it and let it marinade over night. I cooked it at 350 on Convection Roast with a foil tent over it until the last hour. After resting for 45 minutes, we carved it up. OMG!!! The whole family agreed, this was the best tasting turkey we've ever had. Finally we had juicy, moist and melt in your mouth good turkey with lots of flavor. There are also injection marinades for other meats and I'm looking forward to trying those as well. Thought I'd share in case any of you would like to try something new and yummy next year. -- Lukki
