Not sure how to handle this

I have been thinking about this for a while and have decided I would like to gift each of my three daughters an equal amount of money. It is not a huge amount-not going to have a huge impact on their lives (except for the youngest) but enough for each of them to do something they might not otherwise do---maybe a trip or something around their house. Two of my daughters are married and have children and the youngest daughter is single and financially independent but just barely. My quandary is that I want to give each daughter the same amount to use as they wish but don't want the sons in law to feel slighted. I would expect that the married daughters would choose to share with their spouse/children but of course that is up to them. Do you think this is equitable? I want to look at this not just from my point of view (which is to gift to daughters and let them decide what to do with it). Thanks. Satine
