The Magazine featured one of my photos in their Spring/Summer edition.

This photo from a blog post dated November 2010 in which I used local Salt Spring Island Goat Cheese.

Macv, thanks for posting the link--I wish I knew how to do that :-) Tr and Jeri--Thanks for your kind words. Jeri, Apartment Therapy also featured us. I'll post the address here--there are some additional shots of the bathroom and front porch in that post. I don't really have any other detailed shots posted--but if you want something specific, I would be happy to try and oblige :) As for the barndoors--I just did those in the great room (to my bedroom) and down the hallway (part of the great room--kinda) to the kids' bedrooms. In the kids' bathroom I used pocket doors to the bathroom which houses their sink(s) and then a regular door (only b/c I had to---to comply w/ bldg code) to the lavatory which is off of the wash room. That is great! Your garden looks beautiful (and WAY better than the others). Blue bottles, a phone booth and a river Birch? I have to assume the rest of their gardens actually look like a garden and not just some feature the magazine thought looked artistic. The last one looks like it may have some interest but still too narrow a shot. They should have featured yours with more pics.

When I first found this forum, at least 10 years ago, I marveled at your wonderful photos and recipes. You are an inspiration to all. You have helped me and many others, become much better cooks. I still don't have the photo part down pat, but I am working on it.

I think I gain weight by just looking at your pictures! It would be my dream to be able to have you be my personal chef.

I was a decent photographer, when I could hold a camera, but nothing like you are with yours. The best part is that not only did you photograph them, you cooked them and staged them yourself!
