ISO: Recipes using fresh herbs

I bought a beautiful sweet basil and a Greek oregano plant and they are absolutely flourishing. Now the big question: what do I do with them? I don't have much experience cooking with fresh herbs and need some recipes. (P.S. - I don't care much for pesto, so leave that one out!)
