Replacement oil boiler advice

northwest ct location looking to replace my 17 year oil boiler with new more energy efficient oil boiler ,current boiler is a burnham rs109 single pass steel boiler with tankless hot water appox 100k btu( .85 nozzle )"runs a stack temp of 500+ no matter how well clean /set up".. house is two storys/finish basement,, 1600 sg ft upstain and 300 ft basement... 12" insulation in actic ,6 " in walls/basement insulated and all new modernview low e high effic windows.. not having any problems heating the house in the coldest temps with current system .. looking at a peerless boiler wbv/wv series and or weil-mclain wtgo series ,,tankless system.. what size would i need?? thanks,, p/s any other boiler info would be great
