Yes, I have a diamond on a gold chain. It was a gift from a very dear friend and I almost never take it off. Maybe I'll take it to the grave with me.

No. Funky and unique necklaces are a thing for me. I like variety. I usually wear two rings that are special to me - one being my wedding ring and the other a 3-stone ring from my husband. I am not big on diamonds so my 3-stone ring is not diamonds. I get alot of comments on it. Occasionally I change out and wear a ring that belonged to my mom instead of the 3-stone.

No..I'm not into jewelry at all. The only two pieces I wear are my wedding ring and a diamond anniversary band DH bought me several years ago.

I'm jewelry-free. Don't even wear my ruby wedding ring anymore. Guess my knuckles got bigger. Once I got it off I didn't put it back on.

As mentioned many times before, I don't wear much jewelry many months of the year.

When the temperatures & my sensitive skin can adjust to each other and I do wear a necklace, I vary them. I do tend to have a current favorite that gets more rotation than the others, but I don't ever wear the same one every day. I can't sleep wearing any jewelry so every thing comes off each night and, if I think of it, different stuff goes on the next day.

Probably my current favorite is a silver chain with a small, circular charm with my first initial and a ruby charm.

When I want a gold necklace, it's the star with diamonds that I received as an anniversary gift 5 years ago.

I wear a religious thing.

My mother didn't wear the same necklace every day but she wore the same pair of earrings, a gift from my father, for over 35 years and they were removed only to be cleaned and during surgeries. Usually one of the first things she did when recovering from anesthesia was tug at her earlobes. She actually came out of a coma once and asking about the earrings was maybe the third question after "where am I?" and "what day is it?"

For many years she also wore a set of gold bangles that belonged to her great grandmother, grandmother and aunt. They belong to me now, because I can't use any of the "real" jewelry, and I occasionally pick them up and jangle them because that sound is one of my early memories.

During my parents marriage my dad gave my mom a bracelet. Every once in awhile he would add a piece to it. Each piece was a section of 4 diamonds in a diamond shape and he gave her four sections. My parents had four daughters and a few years after my dad died, my mom had each section made into a pendant for us four daughters. I don;t wear mine everyday (I'm just not a wearer of jewellery) but my 3 sisters wear theirs everyday.

I've tried, but I just can't do it. I have two different 'journey' pendants, one in yellow gold and the other in white gold, both from DH, and I've tried wearing one or the other, but I like to wear a lot of costume/artisnal stuff and those just don't mix in. So they sit in my jewlery box. When I DO have to dress up, or feel like wearing something understated but pretty, I will wear one.

I have so much jewelry that I actually have a chest of drawers I converted into a jewelry armoire...I am addicted to the stuff, and when I wear it (I used to wear it daily) I never wear just one piece. I like the Coco Chanel piled on necklaces look, or lots of bracelets, but never multiple necklaces & big earrings...one or the other at a time!

Same with my rings, I have so many and I switch them up all the time, but I wear 3 consistently, my wedding ring, a white gold band on my left thumb and a gold & diamond band on my right hand. Occasionally I'll add others or move the right hand ring to another finger or hand, but it's always on.

My mother, however, has always worn a special necklace, more than one at a time, for as long as I can remember. She had a beautiful opal 'flower' pendant for years, but after Dad died she had her engagement stone put into a gorgeous pendant and wore that. Then her now DH got her a gold bar pendant, so she wore the two of them together, but lately has put them away because she'd heard that due to the high cost of gold, people were having their gold necklaces stolen off their necks. Given where my mother lives, I'd suspect that would be one of the last things she'd need to worry about, but it's her thing.

I can just picture Pal, in his universally disliked grey scrubs (wasn't that the color?), stopping in front of his bureau, picking up his mom's bangles, giving them a little jingle, and then moving on with his day.

Once my Dad had my mother's engagement ring reset. She never cared for the new setting & when my sister got engaged she gave her the diamond for her ring. I had that setting made into a small pair of curved, bar earrings. There are 2 diamond chips in each one. I haven't thought about those in years. I'll have to dig them out and put them into the earring rotation.

Not any one that I wear all the time. I guess I just like jewelry too much to stick with just one. But, I do have a very special ring, a silver Navajo one with a large green turquoise. DH bought it for me the day our DS was born as a remembrance of a very special day.
I wore it the day his adoption was finalized. The day he started kindergarten, middle school, high school and college. I wore it to his kindergarten, high school and college graduations. I wore it the day he was inducted into the Army and to his graduation from Basic. I wore it both days that he left for Afghanistan and when picking him up at the airport when he came home on leave. I'll wear it when he comes back this time, too.
Every year since we found each other, his birth mom (now a dear friend of ours) and I meet for lunch to celebrate our son's birthday in August. I've worn it to each of those special lunches. I don't wear it other days because it's so precious to me that I'm afraid I'll lose it. I plan on wearing it to his wedding some day, too.
Someday I'll pass it on to him and his wife, but not for the foreseeable future. I still have a lot more "Special Son Days" that I hope to wear it to.

I do wear "special" necklaces and other jewelry on special occasions.

For everyday, I wear my Roberto Coin diamond cross. Since it is very small and barely noticeable, I always wear some strand of pearls, sometimes multiples strands. Depending on the color of clothing I choose for the day. Love pearls and have many colors, lengths, etc.

Everyday R bracelet is my Tiffany mesh along with the matching ring. On L hand is my Tag watch which I've had forever and never take off.

I am a bit of a jewelry ho, I love different necklaces that go with my outfits. I especially love bracelets and feel naked without one.

No I do not. Yet I have a lot of jewelry with special meaning behind them. A pair of diamond studs that DH surprised me with after I lost my beloved grandmother . He bought them to try and lift my spirits. My citrine pendant he bought me after DD was born- her birthstone. Blue topaz earrings for DD2's birthstone.
I wear my wedding rings every day. But I change my jewelry daily to match my outfits. I love costume jewelry and big earrings and feel naked without my earrings.
My best friend wears a special gold necklace with her late son's picture etched into it. He is gone from this world, but he is always kept close to her heart.

When in Vegas a couple of months ago, I went to Tiffany's and bought my mom, my sister and me, a neclace that says "Mom" on it, to wear everyday to keep our Mom close to our heart while she goes through everything she has to go through with her health.

No, Jane and I are shopping sisters.
Either way, I hate wearing jewelry around the house and as soon as I get home, I take off all jewelry until I leave the house again. Wedding rings too.
But I have a ton and love picking out things when getting dressed.

I have a daisy pendant that my daughters gave me for mother's day a couple of years ago. I wear it almost everyday. I had been searching for a pendant for months. I could never find the perfect one, so imagine my surprise when my 11 year old managed to pick out exactly what I wanted but couldn't find.
