Hi Eileen,

Amazon.com has an Askville section, where they say:
"Charles Chips (the name) is owned by Charles Chips Enterprises, Inc., P.O. Box 7044 North Arlington, NJ 07031. The corporation is incorporated in Delaware and has been in business since 1942.

The company no longer makes potato chips; instead, they license the brand name to a number of outside "co-packers" who are authorized to sell these products. You can currently buy Charles Chips from a number of online retailers, including:

The Vermont Country Store (http://www.vermontcountrystore.com)
Charles Chips of Century City, CA (http://www.charleschips.com)
Hometown Treats (http://www.hometown-treats.com/products/p_charles_chips.html)

In Pennsylvania and some other areas, Charles Chips used to deliver direct to the customer's door. There's nothing like really, really fresh potato chips."

West Coast online rose venders include Heirloom in Portland and Rogue Valley Roses in Southern Oregon. Just north of you in Petaluma is Garden Valley Ranch, the rose farm formerly owned by Ray Reddell and later bought by Ron Robinson (formerly on Gardenweb as, if I remember correctly, lemecduc, or something of the sort). Have you tried calling around to various Bay area nurseries? Most of your choices are recent introductions which are still in commerce.

Where can I buy a 48" double french door (24" each) Exterior

if this is a front door, Mrs Pete is right, not a good idea. If this is a rear or side door, a 48" french door is fine - we have had this size opening to our rear deck for years and never have had a problem going in or out. As for cost, just go online and search, or go visit your local big box store or lumberyard. By the way, all-wood doors are not necessarily inferior to metal clad, especially if there is an overhang/roof protecting the doors from rain and weather.

Not an unusual size if it is a secondary exterior door. My laundry room door to outside, 2 garage man doors and Marvin french door from back porch to pool bath are all 36x96. All hurricane/impact rated. They match all the interior 36x96 doors in style. Everything had to be ordered and had long lead times.
