They also sell seeds you may have a hard time finding elsewhere, as endangered varieties. I'm lucky to live in Maine where Fedco is located, but they will ship anywhere, and you can browse the catalog online as well as do interactive searches online, and you can order online. Johnny's is good too, but Fedco is my first choice for non-GM, open-pollinated, heirloom, seed-saving seed, and for the promotion of the "self-sufficiency" and "local, not Biotech-giant" based lifestyle. Fedco does not do business with any biotech conglomerates, even when it means it cannot offer a popular variety.

Both of the ones I have, I purchased when they were very small. One was bought on ebay, the other I saw on the sidewalks of Manhattan (regret not buying the lot of them then). They are terrific palms indoors (probably my favorite as a true indoor palm).--Mine do, however, spend the growing season outside. Large ones are relatively expensive when you do see them sold. If you can't wait until they get big, you'll just have to shell out the money when you find one. Although they may be slow they are reliable growers, and being I have a lot of palms, it wasn't as though I was sitting around waiting for them to grow. See what you can find on ebay. Good luck!

I have a separate toilet room in the master bathroom and want to take advantage of some unused storage space above the toilet. I don't need to match my current cabinets as it won't really be seen due to it's location, but I do want a quality piece that is more than MDF and that doesn't look cheap. I don't live in a metropolis so my access to BM stores is limited. Where can I look online other than big box home improvement stores to find something along these lines? Thanks!
