Carrier Customer Non-service

I have been working for months to get a question answered by Carrier about my new heat pump. The corporate office referred me to the regional representative for North Texas who does not have a cell phone, does not have an answering machine and can only be contacted by leaving a message with an unrelated person. It does no good to leave a message because he does not return the phone calls. The corporate Carrier customer service office says they cannot assist me and I have to keep leaving messages and hope. After 4 months, I am getting a little frustrated. Is this typical of Carrier?
