York Diamond 80 Shutting Down

Hello - My York Diamond 80 shuts down, no error codes flashing, and the thermostat goes blank. It's not the condensation pump kill switch, we had that replaced.

It happened about a month ago and I tightened all the wires in the unit and therm, guessing something was lose. Did the same thing again last night and got it back running. I had the fan run all night (hot here in PA right now), b/c when the A/C would try to kick on, it dimmed the LED on the therm like it was drawing weird power and shutting down. Still no error codes flashing. This morning the A/C is up and running for 30 minutes now without shutting down. Not very sure how long it will run. I thought it was wet (we wires) or something, but we have had substantial rain without it shutting down.

Anyone ever seen this? Suggestions? Local HVAC are saying without codes, they are helpless. Seems to be a shorting on something - maybe at the outside A/C unit or the power source in the heater?

Thanks
