Never eaten lobster!

I've never had tiramisu either, I think it would be good

Any kind of liver. My husband orders fried chicken livers when we go to a particular restaurant. His ooohing and aahing have made me quite curious. But I grew up being told that the liver was the filter for the body, and what has that chicken eaten that needed to be filtered by the liver? I mean that chicken pecks on the ground all day. But still, those livers must taste really good, the way my husband goes on and on about them. Haven't gotten my nerve up yet.

sushi - can't get past the idea, but so many people love it, I really have to give a try someday.

I've never had goat, horse, emu or kangaroo. I've never had Indian food either, but I'd like to try (if I knew what to order).

"Innards" of any sort. Trust me you'll love Tiramisu!

I have never had sushi but not real anxious to try it either, there are many ethnic type foods I have never tried but would love to try, I am just never sure what to try, Indian being one of them. When I got to try Jamaican Jerk I loved it.
I have never eaten snake of any type and honestly I just don't think I could, someone would have to sneak it to me not knowing.

Never eaten tongue or rabbit and I never will! Just can't do it. Was once served a stew in Barbados. When I asked what was in it, I was told pigs ears and snouts! I never took another spoonful! I like Pork but not those parts!

Sushi and Steak Tartare, never eaten it and never intend to.

I'm another one who hasn't tried Tiramisu. The only way I like coffee is in my fave coffee mug.
I've never had eggplant. I don't think of buying it and even if I did happen to see it in our mediocre grocery store, I'm not sure how I would prepare it. Aso I'm not interested in eating innards, and 'strange' meats, like rabbit, ostrich, gator and ect.

I've never had Menudo...and never will!

There are a lot of foods I have never tasted and never will! LOL Octopus,sushi,beef tongue,brains,Menudo of any kind to name a few.
I have had Tiramisu in a fancy restaurant and as far as I'm concerned,not what it's cracked up to be! LOL

Oh man, some of the things you're naming are my favorites (Sushi, Tartare, tiramisu, artichokes) I'm not an organ meat eater, but I've tried liver and brains... not for me. I haven't tried Haggis or mincemeat pie. Not sure I will ever try either.

Tiramisu doesn't have coffee! It has coffee flavored liquor LOL! Think Kahlua!

I really don't like coffee so I probably would not care for the tiramisu. I do love a good mincemeat pie though.

I have skipped everything mentioned above except lobster. I tasted terimisu flavored coffee in Harry & Davids shop in Branson, but exactly what is terimisu?

I'm afraid of oysters and sushi. I had a bad reaction after eating some raw crabmeat salad.I've eaten and even made tiramisu. It has coffee (expresso) in it but you mainly taste the cinnamon.

I've had nearly everything mentioned above except the kangaroo, snake or horse. (at least to my knowledge)

I've always wanted to try Baked Alaska. It sounds like an interesting dessert. A throwback to the 50's I guess.

I would love to try sushi or fish or anything like that but can't bring myself to do it! I can't get past the smell and texture thing....Stacy

Ditto on the liver, lobster -- and oysters, sushi, egg salad (well, as far as I remember), beets, brussel sprouts, Cream of Wheat, "freaky" meats, tomato sandwiches.

I can't stand the taste or smell of coffee, but I did try tiramisu once, and I enjoyed it.

For those wondering about Indian dishes, I stick to just a couple basics: Butter Chicken (there's butter in it, but the sauce is tomato-based), Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer (blanched spinach with onions and garlic and a special "cubed" cheese -- the "paneer") and of course Naan (a flat leavened bread) with raita (yogurt/cucumber mix, not as heavily spiced as the Greek tzaziki sauce you might know).

I would love to go to an Indian "buffet" restaurant with someone who really knows all the foods so I can taste more things (but know what's in it!)

If you live near a Wegmans store, they have an awesome frozen Butter Chicken. Trader Joe's has one, too, but not as awesome as Wegmans'.

OH! I've also ever tasted a beignet in New Orleans! Maybe a road-trip stop in the future...

Calf Fries/Rocky Mountain Oysters...but I don't want to try them! No motivation for brains or kidneys, either. Have tried tripe and menudo, and I don't care for either.

I've never had frog legs. I'd like to try it but just a bite. I would never order this in a restaurant but I wish someone I was with would order this so I could try it : )

I have traveled in all 50 states and around the world 3 times and I always made a point, I would at least taste whatever was being offered,, so having never run upon anything that i wouldn't taste,,,i could make a list of things that I will never put in my mouth again..LOL

Foods I have never eaten:

3. Hagis
4. Escargo
5. Truffles
6. Sturgeon

tiramisu, I've had. It's not all that good, imo. Bland. My sister makes it often and loves it. There's coffee in it? I couldn't taste it in the dish I had.

I can't say there isn't something that I haven't eaten that I want to. Usually, if I want to try something, I'll either make it or buy it.

ditto the rocky mountain oysters and horsemeat. No plans on doing so either! When we were in China we ate all sorts of unidentified things, probably better that way. It was 40 or so years ago, we were among the first tourists, and they fed us as they ate.

I ate horse meat quite often as a child. It was my favourite meat ever. BUT, I thought we were eating veal cutlets and only found out it was horse meat when I was living away from home and almost 19 years old. I can still say, it was soooooo good.

Well I have to add something to my never eaten list that would be Kudzu! I had no idea they were eating that darn vine now, they even have kudzu cookbooks! I would be scared to eat it as fast as it grows it may still be growing as I eat it LOL

Tiramisu, have had it but don't think it's as wonderful as other people think it is. It's ok. Rabbit, they fed it fried to us in basic training at in the Air Force. It was good, tasted like chicken to me. Have had a lot of things listed above by other people. I think I'm pretty open to new foods, having grown up eating a lot of different Oriental food from my mom and her friends.

When we went to France we steered clear of the horse meat on the menus. Just can't bring myself to eat a possible old racehorse. Lauren wanted to try escargot, though, so I ordered a seafood platter for both of us with escargot, clams, oysters and I can't remember what else. I didn't know it was cold and raw. The escargot might have been better if sauteed in butter or however they make it. That is the only thing I can think of that I might want to try again.

I've never had horse or brain. I haven't had liver in over 35 years.

I love Indian food. The best way to try it is to eat at an Indian restaurant that has a buffet. That way you can try different dishes and see what you like.

Frogs legs taste like chicken for the most part. Not bad. Escargot cooked in butter and garlic.... c'est magnifique
