Secondary condensate over flow drain missing connector / not seal

Can someone tell me what this means?

"Secondary condensate over flow drain missing connector / not sealed to pan"

My house was built in 2005 and I am still getting the builder to finish my one year list. This is one of the items on the home inspection report I got from my inspector.

It's been a pain to get the builder to finish the list, and the guy they sent seems to think I am overly picky and told me not everything on the inspection report is a serious issue.

Well I understand that. But without any knowledge in these technical stuff, I really need some help.

It will really help if you guys can tell me if this is a serious issue? Or is it something I can DIY? I went to the attic and check, but I have no idea what it is. Is there somewhere I can get a picture of what it's supposed to look like?

Another question:

"Small section of refrigerator line insulation missing in attic"

This one I can see since the inspector provided a picture. The missing piece is like 5-6 inches long. Will I be able to get the insulation from Lowes/HD, put it on without killing myself? Any tips?

Thanks!
