Pierre Hermes' Lemon Cream piped onto egg-shaped cakes is at the top of my list, once again, this year.

The quintessential Carrot Cake has been requested, but I can't seem to get away from most citrus-y desserts.
I may have a date with Jenny Craig when all is said and done.

Sol, that lemon cream looks amazing, and lemons are on sale for $1.49 for a 2 pound bag. Mohter is coming for dinner on Easter, though, and she's allergic to lemons, so that might have to be a treat for the office.

Yeah, that's it. I'll take it to the office, really, I will.....

New recipes? I'm making a raspberry chocolate cheesecake for dessert because mother does love raspberries and dark chocolate and cheesecake. Makayla wants pumpkin pie.

We're having prime rib and I'm still deciding on the potato, but we're also having macaroni and cheese, based on the Princess' request. It's her favorite food and she likes the "real" mac and cheese, made with all the pieces of cheese left in my cheese drawer. It has to have some Dubliner, though, and it has to be K-Frame's recipe.

Other than that, I'm still undecided.

Carla, I've been making these little cuties for a few years now. Very kid friendly. The ears are large marshmallows cut on the diagonal and dipped into pink sugar. For pink sugar just add a drop or 2 of some red food coloring to some regular sugar in a baggie and shake it up.

You guys come up with the best stuff! I'm getting fat just looking at the pictures :-) Thanks so much! And, joann thanks for posting that list - I forgot those recipes existed.

I made a few Easter breads. One Braided in a loaf pan.

One Freeform 16 inch Braided and one 10 inch round.
