Hydro-Air System help

I need to heat and cool about a 520sf addition in New England and my HVAC contractor is proposing a hyrdo-air system (existing A/C doesn't have enough capacity to extend out). His proposal includes the following:

1.) Aqua Therm #18HBXB 1.5 tn Air Handler w/ A/C coil and hot water coil (oil fired baseboard in main house)

2.) Goodman #GSX13018 1.5tn, 13-SEER, 410A Condensing Unit.

Price = $6450 excluding electric

Does this appear to be a good combination and price? His quote says the Aqua Therm only has 1yr warranty on parts which seems very low to me??

Thanks for your input!
