Have you thought of doing lamb? New Zealand Spring Lamb shouts Easter to me...and I don't even like lamb! If not a stuffed crown roast of pork would be lovely.

Roasted herbed potatoes, butternut squash and Brussels sprouts.........but I'd do asparagus!

Lovely! I've not done much lamb before, but that menu sounds delicious.I thought about pork but have a craving for somehting different this year. :)

One year for easter I made a fresh ham...a very different yet delish alternative.

I think we are having ham and stuffed cabbage with augratin potatoes and whatever for a veggie. Probably chocolate pie for dessert

It more screams Cinco De Mayo but I made a Taco Buffet for my family last year and they loved the break from traditional Easter fare.

This year I am doing a Prime Rib with roasted brussel sprouts and baked potato bar. Again not traditional but after Christmas we are a tad hammed and turkey'd out and my family wont do lamb so that option is out from the start.

My in-laws are serving roast beef sandwiches at noon. Later in the day my mother wants to go out to dinner. Not sure where we will end up.

Ham is an american thing. I looked up Polish and German Easter foods and the focus is on breakfast and brunch with lots of eggs and some meat like bratwurst or Kielbasa. Search your ethnic background for ideas.

There would be a revolt if I served anything other than ham for Easter. That and sweet potatoes, baked beans, cole slaw broccoli, cauliflower and of course deviled eggs....lemon meringue Pie for dessert.

Our Easter dinner was always leg of lamb with roasted potatoes. Still a favorite of mine!
