Brand New Bryant 167 Low on R10 Coolant

I just had a new Bryant 167 air conditioner installed. That night my Evolution Thermostat gave me an error message that said cannot communicate with air conditoner. The tech came the next day and found a fried circut board and replace it along with the Evolution thermostat. Then he checked the coolant and found it 2 lbs low. I thought the units were shipped from Bryant with full coolant, am I wrong about that? I am concerned that there may be a leak in the new system. They refilled the 2lbs. coolant and will recheck next week. My question is how concerned should I be? And is their simply refill coolant and wait and see solution to see if it leaks again acceptable? Of course, My one year labor warranty is now running and I don't know what else to make them check or replace.

Appreciate your Help.
