I can't wait to tell Jack on Christmas Eve (my family has him join all of us for Holidays) that I will be sowing, sowing and sowing these seeds which will help make it possible to create flower beds/spots for more of his neighbors and friends. Oh, I just called my sister that helped me this past summer with the gardens, to tell her the good news. She said she is ready and raring to help me again this coming spring/summer to plant. Well happy news for most of them! Pls. try not to worry too much abt things like a corky stem or papery stem, sometimes Hoyas just do wacky things & if one watches them too closely sometimes they'll act out (sounds crazy I know). I watched some peduncles developing all last winter, even bought a magnifier to look more closely, they just teased me all winter. A few wks ago they started budding up then blasted (we had a quick burst of a heat wave w/ little warning), now they're trying to bud up again. Warning abt your Kerrii leaf, not to be a bummer, but roots on a single leaf MAY or MAY NOT develop into an actual plant. While I completely understand your excitement abt it, I suggest that you place it back in the mix & don't disrupt it further, 'cause when we unpot something w/ tiny new roots, the tiny new roots we've been praying for get injured & damaged, slowing the plant down even more. Congratulations on these good developments & keep it up!!

That whole procedure is so interesting. Just think of all the people back in the day who would have given anything to be able to benefit from today's science. I feel guilty for having the ability to get pregnant and have a great pregnancy. I had 6 children, 2 daughters and four sons. I felt so good when I was preggers that I was considering carrying a child for someone who may not be able too. I am 71 now, I guess it is too late for that. I pray you will be able to conceive and carry a sibling for Grant. Vique.

Oh, WOW! Congrats on all those little ones coming at the same time! My boy&girl twin grankids just turned 6 and it's being SUCH an experience seeing from day 1 that he's "such a boy" and she's "such a girl" even though they're the same age & raised by the same parents. The "twin thing" is soooo special (they have an older brother and sister.) They had their own language before they were speaking ours, and they cooked up an escape plan when they were barely one (talking in their "language" for a while before they both bolted in opposite directions while this Grandma was watching them. . . .) And then you throw their same-aged cousin into the mix. . . .It's gonna keep you on your toes!
