Don't be intimidated by Federal Court. Statutes and jurisdictional issues are the biggest things separating Federal from State Court. Federal Court judges follow the law (and put their pants on) the same way State Court judges do.

Now if you were talking about Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals....

We've been to the Federal Ninth Circuit of Appeals three times and won each time. The lawsuit has been ongoing since 1998. We're finally going to court. LOL!

If we have our way, we'll win, they will appeal and then we will win again. That would set a nationwide precedent, which is our goal. It's the media attention that kills me. One never knows what slant the reporters will take and I certainly don't want to come across as a zealot. LOL!

Okay then. As you know, I am sure, the appellate courts can only render their decision based on the original record below. I don't know how that went, but I like the way you think!

I think you are a winner no matter the decision rendered. The issue is such a no brainer, but that would be much too easy. I wish my DD and for that matter, all kids, had a "zealot" like yourself working to improve things. I need to zip it now, so as not to turn this into a hot topics, but just wanted to say - you go girl! I wish you success.
