protecting wood floors and rugs

I actually have 2 questions.

I recently got my wood floors refinished in living/dining room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. We previously had carpet over it.

In the living/dining room I have put felt pads on the bottom of all surfaces. The couch/chair in the living room are also at least partially on an area rug. The dining room furniture will be on an area rug when I can find one I like.

First question-where do I buy solid color rugs? I need one for the dining room and I need solid runners for the bedroom. I am having great difficulty finding any without patterns, but we already have other patterns in the room.

Also, what do we put on the feet under the bed to keep it from sliding? Our bed is wood and it is a style that is not designed to have a dust ruffle of any sort used with it. The feet are visible at all times. We put felt on it, but did not realize this also allows the furniture to slide pretty easily.
