Pizza toppings - cooked or raw? Making tonight!

I made pizza dough last night and will be making pizza this evening. The last time I made it I put raw mushrooms on it, and I think they made the crust a bit soggy. Should I sauté them first, or do I just need to slice them thinner? I thought I made them fairly thin. I may have also put olives on. Perhaps I should bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.

I also have red bell pepper, jalapeños, and onions that I am considering putting on it - should I cook those first also? I generally don't use onions, and I think I would definitely cook those first.

My oven will get to 550°, and I use a pizza stone. I also have room now to use a peel, but I can't find where I put it. It might be a garage, but it's a rather large item to misplace. However, I managed misplace a hula hoop when I was 8.
