My guess is that it's a fine example of the Great Tropical Yellow-Lipped Rabbit Wormfish.

alisande.....lol! I wasn't sure how interested anyone was? lol It's a blue ribbon eel, taken scuba diving in Indonesia, 2008. They're not kept as pets or in aquariums so the only way to see one is to go down about 60'. :0) Seeing one in the wild is also rare. Babies are black, adults are blue. His mouth is open, which is how they breath.
