possibly pulling up newly laid Brazilian Cherry floors

Hopefully someone can help me out here, i have recently put down a few hundered square feet of Brazilian Cherry engineered wood floors, they are 3.5" x.5" x48" wide planks. I'm on my last couple of runs and last night once i got thru with all but 2-3 rows i put my tools up for the night and the next morning when i went upstairs to look at it i noticed that the last couple of rows had some cracks in them where the wood planks meet, almost as though i didnt tap them together, the cracks are about 1/16th to 1/8th inch wide and the floors are put down with adhesive. Can soemone recommend any way of fixing this, should i try to pull them up or should i try to put some type of putty in them to try to hide the cracks? The rest of the floor looks great but just the last couple of rows have these cracks in them.

Any help would be appreciated.
