need help with a Hoffman pump model 609pf

Have a HOFFMAN PUMP model 609PF on a condensate tank. It's 12 years old, and is set up with a Burnham V7 steam boiler which has a Beckett Burner (4.0 GPH).

The pump has become noisy, and the centrifugal clutch sounds like rattling marbles when the pump shuts off.

Residents in the building are starting to complain as the sound is conducted through the steam pipes throughout the day and night. The McDonnell & Miller automatic water feeder, which has the switch that controls this pump, is cycling such that the pump is on about 10 seconds every 30 minutes, and more often when it's running for heat or hot water. I've tried shimming the pipes to eliminate vibration, but that didn't help at all.

The pump is about $800 dollars at Grangier (http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/items/4RD67?cm_mmc=Google%20Base-_-Pumps-_-Condensate-_-4RD67)

Is there any way to service this pump so it'll run quieter, or to lubricate the centrifugal clutch?
