Can't post on flowergirl's tendonitis thread
Comments (3)I couldn't do a follow up post either. I don't get it, but I am technology stupid. I tried to go to the help page, but it was missing. I went ahead and put the roses in gallon pots. Then put them in the fenced orchard to keep from the deer. There are six this year, it's going to be a battle. The tendonitist has been going on for a few weeks. I guess I should go to the doctor. It would help if I would just stop doing things, but not my nature. I spent all day pulling hoses around the yard. Tried to use mostly my right arm, but you know how that goes. The weather has been so rainy this spring. As I have always said....if the sun is out, so am I. Harborrose, I love your gardens. I was able to see all of the pictures yesterday. Jackie...See MoreSevered thumb tendon 3 weeks ago, getting concerned since surgery

Comments (9)Unfortunately it is not possible to swap hands, as there are very specific rules as to how we deal the cards (as it is in all casinos). The cards must be pulled out of the shoe with your left hand, and the first two spots must have the cards delivered with the left hand. Spots 3-7 must be delivered with the right hand, and if you try to do this differently you will be written up by surveillance or the supervisor watching the game. This is for game protection, so your hands don't cross your body, giving you a chance to steal the chips in the rack. Everything is very, very set, down to the smallest detail with no room to deviate. It would be nice to be able to do this differently, but even if I were to switch hands I think my back would go out from all the twisting and turning! Thanks again for all the help, I will hopefully be better soon!...See MoreBest cupboard, drawer handles for tendonitis sufferer
Comments (11)Oh ... I feel your pain! Something with a large enough hole under the pull that you can get 4 fingers in it, up to the third joint. (no fingertip only pulls, such as cup pulls) Nothing that requires you to grab and squeeze. (No knobs!) Double pulls on any drawer that will have heavy things. Mount them so your wrists are maintaining "neutral" position when using them. Slanted / \ pulls might work better for you than : or _ pulls. ========== As a test, wear your biggest, bulkiest most immobilizing wrist brace when shopping for pulls. Design for that scenario...See MoreVirginia7074
