Mini Split System Size Question

I am pretty sure I am going to get a mini ductless system for a small attic room that is not connected to the house A/C Heat. I plan on getting one with heat and A/C. I biggest concern is humidity control. The room is only 12 x 12 and I believe that smallest mini split system is 9,000BTU. Which I think is too big for the small room. There is currently a wall built in unit (I'm not sure of the BTU) but the humidity gets too high during the summer. My main reason for the change is the noise levels. Granted the unit is 10 years old. Another thing is the room is used as an office with 2 computers, A TV, and 8 windows (lots of light).

So my question is, is 9,000BTU to much for this room? Will humidity control still be a problem with a newer system? Any rough ideas of total cost?

Thanks.
