Horse's hooves are made of keratin which is the same thing as your nails. We give biotin to horses to strengthen their hooves. They have the same problems people do: breaking, shelly, and weak hooves. Works very well. You basically have to take a lot of biotin to OD on it. I take the horse stuff, it is cheaper.

Thanks Kim-- do you mean the dividers above the fridge, deep drawers, or utensil drawers? I think you mean above the fridge? There, the cabinet people drilled little holes every couple of inches along the top and bottom, front and back. There are little clear plastic guides that you mount in the holes where you want, and then the panels just slide in. Cabinet people provided the guides and panels too. It's nice that you can put the guides where you want, as it makes the openings adjustable for different stuff. Scrappy-- sorry for the slow reply. I only found one not-very-good in-progress picture of the back door and window, but the manufacturer is NanaWall. The window half was an addition (we bumped the kitchen wall out a couple of feet to square up the room--actually the left part is an addition too, but much older), and the contractor put a structural beam across the whole span with a post in the corner down to a new footing. The window has a track along the top and bottom and slides in that, locking into place with a couple of levers that put pegs into the frame top and bottom. It's surprisingly solid and draft-free.

I would use some fine (#0000) steel wool and a bit of mineral spirits to remove the white stuff. Or start with a soft cotton rag & mineral spirits...and proceed to the steel wool if just the rag doesn't do it.

You have a installer (application) problem, not a product problem. The problem is with either drying, abrading or contamination caused by installer. The installer needs to figure that out. The problem maybe wide spread or it maybe isolated. Loba Invisible is a great product when applied properly. Switching to a different brand will not solve your adhesion problem. Have the contractor do a adhesion test in several spots. This will help determine whether screening and re-coating is a waste of time or not. If, the issue is isolated, then go ahead with the screen and recoat. If, it is wide spread, redo the floors. I suspect the cause of the problem can be one of the following The stain was either not completely dried or it's not compatible with the Invisible. The Invisible is just sitting on top. It never bonded to the stain.
