Making Mozzarella

This makes the third time (I think). It turned out great, even got the thin onion sheets from the ball. I can see that the more you make it the better and more confident you would get. Now if the blasted whey will just make ricotta tomorrow morning........that has never worked at all for me.

I took a little bite to see if the texture was ok.....it was.

If you check out the album, I have to apologize for the quality of the photos. DH was out checking cattle and I had to take them with one hand while holding the cheese with the other.....not easy. Also, the pictures are reversed last first.
