Filling holes in reclaimed oak floors

I've got wide plank reclaimed flooring throughout most of my first floor. In general, the missing knots, worm holes, etc. add character and I love them. But there are a few places where thin wood has collapsed leaving an unsightly (and dangerous hole).

I want to fill them in, ideally w/ a dark brown product. Any suggestions? 2 part liquid epoxy? Liquid plastic?

Not sure if it's relevant, but the floors are finished w/ tung oil.

Thanks!
