Im Having A Rough Time

I have been doctoring for 41 years because of this hereditary kidney problem.Its kickin my rear,I don't know how much more of this I can take.I need a kidney,Im on the list. They say 4-6 yrs that's 2 more yrs See I was ready but my dr messed up And I ended not getting on the list SO .7 yrs of dialysis later Im still waiting.I could pull my hair out right now by the roots and not think another thing of it just to get out some of my frustration.Is anyone else fighting for their life.I have no one close mom died at 46 I was 18 .

I know a doctor who says you don't need to suffer from that.
Check out Dr. Joel Wallach or Dr. Glidden they get people off the kidney transplant list all the time.

I would research Dr.Robert Morse N.D. "Detox Miracle sourcebook" is really informative.

The cycling between high and low speeds sounds somewhat like a lean condition under the increasing load as you mulch through a row of grass. I have no idea on your engine how to adjust the mixture, or if instead maybe it needs a bigger jet or has an air leak at the carb gasket (just some ideas). But as you mow a row, the grass getting recut by the mulching setup continues to build up to an extent, which increases the load. The Gator blade is better at not continuing the buildup forever than the Ninja (which seems capable of not releasing clippings until even the strongest motor bogs). But if something isn't right with the mixture (again, just a guess) then evne the Gator could cause problems.

At 70 degrees, germination may be delayed; I agree with Dan's recommendation of 80 degrees. That is the temperature I use... and even then, germination will vary, depending upon variety. If an increase in soil temperature fails to improve germination, then other possible causes are (1) non-sterile media, (2) over-watering, or (3) you were given bad seed. Number 3 is not an outside possibility, if the source was non-commercial. BTW, I gardened in San Diego for many years, in the 80's and 90's... I still miss being able to grow things year-round.

I was searching for something else, but I think I'm going to get one of those half-moon shaped edgers and try to edge my beds this way. I tried with a gas edger I use for the sidewalks and driveway, but it didn't work as well as I expected. The plastic liner and the landscape fabric have been disasters for me thanks to my poor planning and the bermuda grass. Anyone have any recommendations on where to buy one? Lowe's and Home Depot have very few options. Amazon has some, but I'm a skeptic and assume if it has a 3* rating, it's really a 1* for me. lilyfinch, I never read this thread before today, but it's funny considering how great your garden looks just a few weeks later.

Shelby "slightly squishy to the touch" is usually sign of water-logged leaves. I can't tell from the photo, they very often change color too - to water-yellow. They may be thirsty too - they get softer, droop and get wrinkly. I am not too sure about your 'soil' (and same about Jessica's soil). I think I see some coco peat there? Whatever it is, there isn't enough perlite in there. Ppl using soil (most often bagged Cactus& Succulent soil) - I don't - mix in minimum 50% of coarse perlite to improve drainage. If your soil has lots of peat in it, it either stays wet for too long or becomes hydrophobic. Neither is good for succulents. If you have to use existing soil, you can leave the bark out but add lots of sifted/rinsed perlite... Keeping plants in fast draining mix will allow you to water them thoroughly when needed without worrying about overwatering. That maybe every 2-3 days if in very hot climate. I keep all succulents outside, most are in full sun whole day. I am in cooler climate, but we are having many very hot days - right now, it is 34*C (93*F). Plants need to be acclimatized to being in direct sun, even if for shorter time than mine. Sunlight outdoors is much stronger than sunlight thru the windows.

bulldinkie, I fully agree with sushipup, this is not the forum for "real medical help.

Please do not follow through with the above stated suggestions.

It is so difficult waiting for an available organ for a transplant, but the answer is not bogus medical ideas that could cause you serious harm that could/would prevent you from being able to have a kidney transplant.

Please talk to your doctor about how you are feeling and ask if there is some kind of support group that you can attend, professional help that can assist you in dealing with your emotions and what you are dealing with and feeling.

What ever you do, please follow sound medical advise not the bogus stuff that you are hearing here.

I wish you the best and good luck, this is not the place to seek some medical help.

If you have any organ failure is a symptom of and underlying problem and just changing the organ dose not fix the underlying problem.

I don't think any health forums on internet one can trust, each one of us still needs to research everything in detail.
Pretty sure, bulldinkie knows that too.

If I was on my last leg with no medical advancement, ..I surely would appreciate to read "any" information.

I totally get where you are coming from and it is hard to hear so many different stories. Of course, stay with your doctors but it doesnt hurt to hear others stories. A few years ago, my health was in a horrid spot and my medications were getting stronger and stronger and did look into alternative medicine and it has been great. I also empowered myself to learn about everything that surrounds my condition(s) and not just listen to do exactly as I was told by anyone - natural or not. It is amazing what the power of knowledge can do for you. I frequent a website and todays real life story was about a woman who has had kidney disease all her life. Most people who post their stories do engage in the comments and would probably communicate with you. I still use my doctors to monitor my bloodwork to make sure everything is good and yay, it is. There is no reason why you would have to dump conventional medicine if that is something you are not comfortable with. I do wish you luck as I know it very difficult looking to a bleak outlook. Another lady in GW helped me out with this too and I am honestly just trying to extend some info that has, what I think, altered my quality of life and am extremely grateful for it. I saw your post last week but had nothing to offer but given I came across that story today, I thought I would post it for you, in case you were interested.
