New set of cast iron pans. What to choose ? Sizes ?

I just discovered the joy of cooking in cast iron pans. It all started with a cast iron grill for my new stove. Now I am the proud owner of a 7 1/4 quart lecreuset pot, 1 1/2 quart lecreuset sauce pan. I got a 4 quart braiser of the Giada line at target that I will be replacing by a staub one( the new ones with honeycomb bottom ). I was looking to add a 5 3/4 or 6 qt coq au vin oval staub pot for roasting a whole chicken and lamb chanks in it, I think the 4 1/2 qt will be too small.I am considering getting a 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 qt le creuset for casseroles . We are a family of 3 soon to be 2 after my son goes to college. But I am looking to do more entertaining over new gourmet dishes like coq au vin and lamb stews. I would like to have your feedback on my choice of brands and sizes.Your favourite recipe is welcomed too . Thank you.
