I had a wonderful surcie at my door today, a box of Florida Sunshine! Cathy knew how much I wanted to taste some of those delicious Honeybells, but alas CA regs don't allow citrus from other regions. So she decided that I should have my taste one way or another and she sent me some homemade marmalade and honeybell candies. The candies are sweet and yummy, but that marmalade is to die for! Seriously, I opened it right away and took my taste on a spoon. I decided that I needed to give it the toast test, and I devoured that. A bit later I needed to have more so I spread it on a couple of crackers. WOW!

I let DH have some after dinner and he loved it too!

Now that's saying a lot, because the man is addicted to ONLY Dundee Marmalade, ever since I met him 33 years ago! No other kind of marmalade has measured up until now!

Cathy, you're the best! Thank you so very much! I have both grandkids tonight and no free hands to post photos or the time to take them, yet. Maybe tomorrow, but by then the jar should be missing quite a bit! LOL
