shawnamaverick You should probably get some duck feed as ducks require different nutrition than other birds. Provide some small gravel for digestion. With our farmed ducks we have the heat lamp at about 90 degrees F the first week and decrease it by 5 degrees per week. It may be illegal where you are to keep a wild duck so you should check into that. Duck will need fresh water every and food that meets it's nutritional need. Depends on the type of duck, but if it's a water fowl it will likely roost on the ground so just a safe place for night. You may find that the duck will not accept the chukar. Ducks imprint very strong on what they see when they hatch. In this case it believes it is a duck. If it was hatched out by humans it would believe it was a human. Ducks can be very aggressive so be prepared for that. You may find you have a loudly quacking baby on your hands for a while, they are flock animals.

Doc. is Dr. Gabriel Pardo.A highly recomended and respected neurologist specializing in neuro opthamology.In My hours upon hours of studying the possible causes and symptoms of M.S.(and primary brain tomors)I have learned have M.S.is rarely diagnosed as a definite cause.Therefore after many Pathologists couldnt tell from biospy sample.The team of neurosurgeons sent Me to Dr. Pardo,who ran tests,including lumbar puntcher,and found it to be possibley M.S.But some things that were not consistant with typical M.S. symptons.Trying Rebif and taking Me off steiroids(thank God)My 7 2007 with be 6 months.I am functioning well enough for now(exept for fear of seizures)to do as much research as I can.But I feel My days are numbered, though I try to not give that immpresion to My family.Im not afraid to die,only afraid of not konwing why.This forum has been a blessing to Me have some way to have some hope that people will have an answer.Also a way to vent my selfish frustration.THANK YOU!!

WoW! Thanks for the responses. Cyn: Yes we do talk talk talk to her and have her dancing to music and try bringing her to new and interesting places. This is such a fun age. workinprogress: we do try reading everyday. I am not sure if this is just normal for a 9 month old but she will not stay still for a book. She is very active and does not like to be held very much. So we do continue to try and read but am wondering if she is just too young to stay in our lap and enjoy a story or is she is just particularly antsy. But never know there might be another one someday. My daughter does make all the babys food and is very up on all the nutrition as far as what she can and cannot eat. I am enjoying being a gramma for the first time and this little 9 month old is growing so fast. It seems like yesterday I was asking you all for color choices when we were planning her nursery. I have this machine but no manual for instruction...the machine sews nice when I can get it to work!! Seems to be a combination? I do not know how to program the numbers in with the letters to do the embroidery? HELP! Just to sew a straight line would be nic, but the motor will not engage most times to even do this. All the ights are on but NO ONES HOME!
