Can I freeze Rachael Ray's Bacon & Swiss Dip?

I usually make this for my book club and any time I am asked to bring an appetizer. People go nuts over it! I serve it with Melba Toast (I skip the smoked almonds on top). It is very easy to make ahead, refrigerate and then pop in the oven when guests arrive.

Anyhow, I was thinking how nice it would be to make up a few batches, freeze them, pop them out and put in a Food Saver bag. Then thaw and bake.

Can something with cream cheese and mayo be frozen ok?
