Muffaletta w/5 min bread

I made a Muffaletta today, my first! It's for a Super Bowl Party that is tomorrow where Kim works. This was fun, so I took a few pictures as I went.

First I baked the bread. Yesterday I had mixed up a double batch of the basic 5 Minute Artisan Bread. I just guess on the amount of dough needed for a big round loaf which I baked in a Calphalon pizza pan. The pan is 16" and after baking the loaf measures 14" round.

I also made a smaller free form loaf of the same bread which I baked on my stone.

Here is the finished Muffaletta before wrapping for the refrigerator.

After wrapping, I covered it with a second pizza pan and used mt bacon press to weigh it down.

Ready to go into refrigerator...

I can't wait for Kim to report on how people at work liked it! She says she will take a pic with her phone when she cuts it... I'll post back if she does.
