Fashion clueless: Dry Clean vs. Dry Clean Only

I bought these RL pants I really liked when I tried them on in the store. They were really flattering, and I need a pair of summery pants vs. capris. The label says "Dry Clean" not "Dry Clean Only". The pants are 95% cotton/5% spandex.

I assume dry cleaning them will keep them more crisp and new looking while trying to wash them may make them look like a wet dishrag?

It's more the practicality of dry cleaning pants vs. being able to wash. DH takes his suits to the cleaners every week, so it's no big deal to put the pants in with them.

Now, I'm really confused because the link says "dry clean only."

Any help appreciated!
