Professional floor installers/contractors use their work site power saws, planers, and sanders to create custom transitions. If you can provide the wood and measurements, perhaps someone will run it off for you.

Exactly. it's not that tough to fabricate your own transition from wood stock.

It is all about the tools.

I could make a ¾" flush reducer work, with a ¼" shim on the tile side.

Or, draw it up and have a lumber mill fashion it for you.

Thank you for your responses. The flush reducers that I have seen have a notch on the taller side. Is this necessary? I plan to grout between the reducer and tiles.
