Stacie you put a big smile on my face. I am sorry this will be a short post - it is that crazy time in the evening but I wanted to thank you right away - my son found his goodies right away.

Stacie knew that I was interested in making baby food and sent me a food grinder and all the other goodies - something for everyone:) She made the bib - and the blanket, too I think. My son set everything up. He is always playing store so he is good at merchandising - lol. Everybody knows Kool-aid is from Nebraska, right?...and that is a ladybug outfit in the back for the baby. With 3 little ones in the house I don't know how she finds the time! Very unexpected and very appreciated.

Wow, Stacie is a real doll. I know as a former swap reciever that she puts her heart into gifts, and she certainly did for you Maggie. What a lovely gift.

Annie, That is a very nice gift. Niles is just about a half hour from where we live. I'm not familar with the farm but the maple syrup in our area is really, really good. We buy from an Alternative School just down the road from us. They have a sugar shack right on the school's property and the profits go to the school and the students that make it. Karen

WOW..that's alot of goodies!

I for kids that invisible Koolaid is great..but I can't buy it anymore..I was 'recycling' one day and took and dumped all the half finished glasses of 'water' into the aquarium...well one of them was invisible Koolaid..I killed all but 3 fish!! lol The boys love to tell that story.

Maggie,

I am so glad that everything got there in good shape. Yes I did make the blanket. Hayden has one that is his lovie, the satin side and trim plus the plush side are things babies just love to rub and chew on. We have to take one with us everywhere.

The ladybug costume was Rhiannon's first Halloween costume and she has been bugging me to put it on Hayden, I told her I knew a little girl named Grace that would love it. She told me that I should send it to Grace and hopes she likes it.

The package was kinda hodge podge of stuff for all the family. We had fun putting it together and hope that everything works for you. This was my first surcie, and I have a feeling that more will be coming, I did send another one that day so we will see if it got there in one piece.

I have the starts of another surcie in the works, so look out CFer's you never know what you will get in the mail lol.

Stacie, that is so nice and that is the sweetest blanket.

I didn't even know they made invisible kool-aid or that it is made in Nebraska. LOL

Maggie have fun and let us know how the grinder works. I have a one year old DGS and I just mash his food. I may need to get a grinder.

Trixie, I always just mashed up the food too, but a food grinder is a good idea, probably you could give a baby more variety, things that don't mash so well.

What a very nice thing, Stacie. Maggie, I know you're going to put it all to good use.

I think I put in the note that the jam, barbeque sauce and hot sauce were all also made in nebraska. That and Koolaid 's home town of Hastings NE.

I am so glad that you liked your package, here is hoping the baby grinder makes meal time easier.
