Need good dark meat chicken recipes, for bone in.

My husband went shopping and must have bought 15 pounds. Maybe more. We like dark meat more than white, but most of my recipes call for boneless skinless white, cut up. I don't want to bone this. He did remove all the skin.

I'd like recipes where the richer flavor of dark will be enhanced, not to simply substitute dark in a recipe for white meat. Chicken Cacciatore is one I can think of.

I'm thinking braising, but mostly because I bought a big braising pan at Aldi's and have hardly used it. I work at home at this time of year, so long cooking is okay.

Ideas? Thanks!
