I have received mine. I actually got it about a week ago. We have really been getting hit with flooding this week after those 8 foot banks of snow melted back the day we actually got a 60 degree day. I haven't gotten around to posting that I received it. Our basement flooded and we are having septic problems from the water tables being so high. I did let Tina know by email as soon as I got it to thank her. It is now cold again so things are back to normal for us. Tina sent a fabulous box and was very thoughtful about everything she sent. She actually baked me cookies-which were very good!!! I think they lasted maybe the day in this house. they were chocolate chip! I loved this because I never get to bake anymore now that we are starting a major kitchen redo. Tina also sent my kids hot cocoa. Came in handy big time as I kept getting scolded by my 7 year old that there wasn't anymore and I kept forgetting ot run out to get some. It is now snowing again and half the box is already gone from playing outside. Can't play outside without coming in to hot cocoa! She sent me flavored coffee! I just love my cup of joe. Yes I am a coffee junkie. I have already sampled that as you could imagine. The last of the treats was a box of those yummy new hershey dark chocolates with the blueberries and other fruits. Very yummy! These I kept out for myself. Now for the other goodies...tina sent not one but two toad houses! My daughter snagged one right away for her zoo garden. She let me keep the one with the snail on it cause she knows I like snails. She also sent very nice bath stuff with a handmade washcloth-that has already been used as well,a yummy smelling cinnabun candle, and a very nice card. Thank you again Tina for a wonderful box. I think I am going down to make some more of that coffee. Snowing again today with 6 inches and more. Well we had spring for a day at least. Maybe I will wintersow some things today.~Heather

We love for everyone in our small immediate family going on our mini vacation with us. We took the tour on the Titanic and it was great. Makes me want to watch the movie again. Friday and Saturday night the ladies went to the movies and saw Endless Love and Monument Men. We shopped so much we had to go to the late late shows. Such fun we got back to the cabins at 12:30 each night. Funny but I'm still not tired from the lack of sleep I got. Night all, Shirley

Reporting in from last night's italian dinner.... I ordered napoletonia? pasta (tomato sauce pasta) - 1.5 for the tomato sauce and NORMALLY 5.0 for the pasta - lunch serving - I ATE THE WHOLE BOWL DINNER SIZE. Goodness me! I went over my points by 2.5 yesterday (Had a glass of beer too! Bad McPeg). Today I have been ensuring to have my fruit salad (breakfast), had a lovely bread with raisin sandwich with small amount olive oil marg and going to have a no point mixed veggie soup mid-afternoon before going over to our friends for movie and chinese tonight. WALKED to and back to the store for groceries - I have one of those pull carts on wheels because I LOVE WALKING - especially when it's sunny. So hopefully I recovered a few points round trip. Going out again for a walk to the garden centre and back. Try and recover a couple more points and soak up the sun. It is an actually crisp, cold sunny day in Scotland - our area has complete escaped the UK snow during the last week. I love walking in this weather - sheer delight! Planning to take a bottle of strawberry flavoured water because there will be beer and wine and after last night I need to watch today and tomorrow. I enjoyed myself last night - did not touch any cheese garlic bread that surrounded me, nursed my beer throughout the meal and ate like I have never seen food before (tee hee). Ah but I love a good challenge. So that was my adventure last night and today and I walking and stretching. Can't stay on too long - need ta get moving again. Hope everyone hangs in there. Beverly, you are still doing fine because you keep trying new things and you are not quitting on yourself. What a star you are! Yellowhair I am glad to see you recovering and getting back on track again. Fabulous. I agree with your comments on crockpot cooking. Slow cooking is great but so is pressure cooking if you have less time. MaryAnn - okay so ya had a donut. I will have a few when I visit home or maybe just one because I now know better. You can't deny yourself life's small pleasures but you are well armed with knowledge now to recover and not feel bad for enjoying that donut. I know there will always be donuts but it will taste so much better for me if I can achieve my goal by end summer and have one wearing size 12 pants. Then it will be worth it! Big Mama, I know you have had a tough time but you keep coming back. I have absolutely no idea what it's like for you I can only understand food. I admire you for taking care of yourself and still coming back to talk to us. Don't let go - I am reaching out to you and hanging onto your hand! You can do this. Forget yesterday if you had any bad ones and focus on taking care of yourself today. Take some time today to give yourself some pamper time - a nice walk or soak in the tub, get a nice haircut/curl, buy a new pair of funky socks/shirt or something...or simply turn off the phone, close the door and have some quiet time with a good book. Well folks, I'm a having mood swings and my hunger is a struggle today....when my hormones go outta whack I lose weight really fast because I get angry at myself and don't want to eat. There is no logical explanation for this other than hormones out of balance. Medically depressed and hoping to have it pass. I managed a yogurt and feel like tossing my cookies and kicking something. This is the other side of my jolly self... I wonder how many calories you burn when steaming? LOL to all my pals, I hope to read your posts later. They have been extremely understanding at work and I have tried to let them know what is going on with my mental health. I need to get home and clean something, lots of something this weekend until I drop. Then, a nice soak in the tub and bed, without medication, on my own. Going for a few strolls and weather permitting, going to check my tender winter seedlings and see if they need anything. My challenge today is to eat. Drink lots of water and give myself an attitude adjustment right up the side of my head! Cheers for now, McGrumpy
