Which peppermill?

I am looking for a reasonably priced attractive set (salt and pepper -salt grinder optional, I'm not into that much) for entertaining that will be on the table.

I already have a Magnum for cooking uses.

Right now, I am looking at both these sets: do you think there is a difference I'm missing other than styling and price?

Otherwise, I'll get the $40 set.

I don't want to spend more than that unless necessary.

The set won't get used often and never by foodies because I don't entertain any foodie friends!

I appreciate your help!
