That is very sweet of you. I do NOT want to have my name put in the hat, because I already have a centrifugal juicer that I do use every other day (all juicers are such a mess to clean, so most people stop using them after a while because of that)... I am actively looking for a masticating juicer instead. However, Breville is probably the best juicer out there in the centrifugal style. You have good taste in appliances! I have had my Breville Ikon Hemisphere blender for a year now and it's been so great that if my Kitchen Aid mixer died, I'd replace it with a Breville in a hearbeat. Their quality is so superb!

Again that's a very sweet, generous offer, and I hope the person who wins it loves it!

I don't want to put my name in because I would probably win and you are so generous to give that juicer away it wouldn't be fair for me to get it! I had that same juicer (same brand anyway...looks the same) a few years ago....HAD TO HAVE IT! And didn't use it enough....either returned it or sold it on E-bay...I can't remember.

I also have a Vita-mix blender I HAD to HAVE and don't use it very often but am keeping it because I might get into whipping up some homemade veggie juice this summer.

In another cooking forum, I have been discussing the use of high energy centrifuge for special recipe development:

Annie, you crack me up!!! It amazes me how intuitive that was to you and Elery. I'm such a dunce. I did beat up a couple loaves of bread, but couldn't figure out how to really getting going for any kind of quantity! Hahaha! I don't have nearly as many opportunities to "quantity cook" like I did back when I bought it, so it tickles me pink to hear of your mass productions!!

That's so generous of you. I already have a juicer but I wanted to tell you that I feel your pain! I invested in a Hurom last year and I've only used it a handful of times. It works great, and the juice is great, but it's a bit of a time investment with the clean up. I'm hoping to use it more this summer.
