Single use coffeemaker that's a little greener

I do a Chemex drip coffee so I don't normally pay attention to coffeemakers. But like everyone, I've seen articles about the growing waste problem that single-cup coffeemakers are creating en masse because the used pods can't be recycled.

I saw this in an SF Chronicle article and thought it deserved highlighting. I have no idea about the quality of coffee it makes, however:

"...You can almost do away with cleaning altogether if you switch to the Aeropress, a terrific by-the-cup coffee press that makes rich, smooth coffee in less than 30 seconds and without messy cleanup. The special seal provides enough air pressure that you can almost get a crema on your espresso. Then just push the syringe-like plunger through and pop out the filter and compressed grounds - ready for the compost.

Aerobie Aeropress, $29.95, available at specialty stores and major retailers including Sur La Table and Macy's; go to aerobie.com for more information."
