The combined knowledge on this forum is amazing and I'm hoping someone can answer a couple of questions for me.

As long as I've been cooking, I've never figured out how to prevent onion powder from clumping and forming rocks. Does anyone know how to do this?

Another question is what is granulated garlic? I was in Costco and it was next to the garlic powder. I've never seen it before and was wondering what it's used for.
