Great Fish recipe

I bought some halibut to use for the parmesan crusted halibut recipe but we started a low carb diet recently so I needed to change it up some. I got a low carb recipe and started out with that but had some panko and parmesan mixture already made up from the last batch I had made so I went ahead and used it. I combined parts of both recipes and it came out great.

I washed and dried the halibut and put it in a 9x13 baking dish.

I salted it on top and then mixed together 1/4 c of sour cream, 1/4 c of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of finely chopped chives and 1/4 c of shredded swiss cheese. I spread this mixture over the top of the fish.

Then I took my already mixed panko/parmesan mixture and pressed some into the sour cream mix.

I baked at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes (or a little longer to make sure it was flakey inside) and it came out so good. The original recipe called for the topping to be 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (no panko) but I think the panko made it nice and crunchy and really didn't add a huge amount of carbs.

Hubby usually has to put tartar sauce on fish to be able to eat it but he ate this one without adding anything extra--it had such a good flavor.
