Week 16 Health Check-in

Another week, another 1.2lbs. gone!

I met my trainer challenge last week of 50 miles on a bike and this week I already completed my challenge of doing a 5k on the treadmill. It was slow going, since I can't walk that fast due to my knee. Took an entire hour but it's done and I'm really enjoying these challenges.

My eating has never been better. No cravings, no blood sugar drops. I'm eating a bunch of healthy, satisfying food. DH wanted a pot roast on Sunday. I made it but just wasn't too turned on by the red meat even though it probably was the best pot roast I've ever made. I picked at it a bit and then made myself some fish!

Off to do a killer spin class - the instructor is insane which makes it really fun!
