Hi guys! Kathy, I am glad your back. I hope your new program works for you. I took the day off Sunday, we had freezing rain, and I stayed in my pj's all day and took pictures of the birds. I worked out monday, tuesday and this morning, I just haven't been on here to post. We are leaving Saturday morning for Florida and I have so much to do. We will be staying 2 to 3 weeks. I am not sure if I will have access to a computer while I am there. Last year we took ours along and we might again. We stay with my mom, so that is why we can stay so long. I hope you guys keeps things going here and I will join you when I get back. I am taking my tapes along with me, and I plan on taking alot of sunny florida walks. Hi! I'm back! Kathy, you sure are doing great! You sound so motivated this time around, good for you! 60 min....... I can barely do 30,lol! I just got home yesterday,so you are going to have to give me til monday to get back into my groove, ok? I have tons of things to get done this week. I have to unpack, clean, write bills, go grocery shopping. I also need to visit my kids and grandkids. I have to make a trip down to see my dad in Missouri, as he has been ill. It will only be a overnight stay, and only a day visit if possible. He usely begs me to spend the night, but I would rather not,as his wife, I am not really fond of, but I can tolerate! LOL! I see that MaryAnn has been posting, but what happen to Vickey? Wish that we could get some others to join us. I know that there has got to be others on this forum that are working out. Maybe we should start a Daily Exercise Post for all, (instead of calling it Walk away the Pounds). What do you think?

Kathy, please don't leave. I am still here. I just can't find much time to get on here with my mom visiting. I hate to get on the computer and just leave her sitting. Mom is leaving Saturday, and I am going to get back into working out for sure. I have really neglected it and I can tell. Although with all the eating I have done this month off of my diet, I am down two pounds past my goal I set for myself back into July when I went on the south beach diet. I set a new goal for myself, so I want to loose a few more pounds by January. Please stay,Kathy!

Hi Mary Ann! As far as stocking stuffers, I pick up things all year long, sometimes at yard sales even. I use things like perfume samples that I get at department stores, the little viles. The small hand lotions for your purse, shopping lists pads, lip balm, their favorite candy. The guys are harder to buy . For dh, I got a cheap watch for work, ( he's in construction), A yearly calendar notebook, he likes to keep track of each day, his hours, etc. Pens, this year I got the lighted quasar pens at dollar general for $2. Body gel and scrubbies, deodorant, small colognes, gag gifts, (sometimes I get these at craft fairs). My son in law likes butter popcorn, I always put the micro paks in his stocking. The kids are really easy to buy for.... just lots of dollar store stuff. Granddaughter (10) loves pens, notepads, lip gloss, lotions, etc. This year, I got these neat lil radios with headphones for a dollar for the kids. Now if they only work, lol! My family loves their stockings more than the gifs. I was going to stop doing stockings and they cried, lol! I wrap each lil stuffer. For the adults you can also put in lottery tickets, everyone has fun scratching these off together. Have a great Christmas, and lets all get back here after the holidays, ok?
