I really appreciate the feedback from everyone, and your concern that my treadmill be used. Yayagal, your comment was hilarious. What a sense of humor! Apparently the fold up screen is not a big deal. I will wait several months as several have suggested to see how this plays out. If putting it into position becomes too difficult, I'll move it into the garage and exercise out there. There is no way I'm going to have a treadmill sitting in a nicely furnished room -- that's just me. The other bedroom has a bed taking up almost the entire room, which is where I sleep. If it stays inside, I'll post photos for feedback.

Since the room is large and bright -- perhaps a deep chocolate brown would make it more cozy -- then add LOTS of lime green accents (like your storage box and waste basket) Find a bright green and white fabric to cover the new "inspiration" board ..... I have a gym quality Trimline fold up treadmill that I use daily. It was expensive when I bought it seven years ago but I've never regretted going with a professionally constructed model. It's much heavier than most "at home" models and much more stable...which is very important if you anticipate working up to jogging on it. Mine has built-in exercise programs which I rarely use. I can manually set the speed and incline level...which is what I do on a daily basis depending on how energetic I'm feeling. I walk at least a mile a day....but if I do it at the end of a long, busy day...I'm less apt to want to set the speed any higher that 2.8. The display panel tells me the distance that I've gone...the time it took to go that distance and the # of calories burned. The treadmill has a safety pull pin which I, personally, think is very important. If I fell and the pin pulled from the slot...the machine would shut down immediately. I've never had it happen...but I'm glad to know it's available. At the time that I purchased this Trimline...the retailer who sold me the model couldn't get the next model up that had a heart rate display. If I ever replace this treadmill...that's an option I want and would suggest it to others. Otherwise...I'm more than satisfied with just the basic options noted above. It was far more important to me to buy a sturdy piece of equipment than something with a lot of toots and whistles. I don't use it for weight loss. I was diagnosed with diabetes seven years ago and I use it to help control my glucose levels. It's been so helpful to me that I was recently told by my Dr that I'm no longer considered a diabetic. Between a low carb, low fat diet and my treadmill...I've conquered diabetes...and extended my life span. I find that pretty amazing considering that it only takes perhaps 20 minutes out of my day to walk that mile on my treadmill. Anne

I use a lot of these clear plastic drawers. I cut the stoppers off, so I can pull the whole drawer out to go be creative. Some people decorate & label. I have them under a thin table with table cloth to hide when not in use. Even though I don't usually use plastic, it is useful in the art studio to see thru & water proof which is important for paper storage. I have had many for years. When buying these plastic bins don't expect the wheels to last. They often break within a year. I throw them away & get solid wheel casters at Walmart put on wood then put the plastic storage on top. There a lot of plastic bins out there that are cheaper, buttoo thin to keep firm or crack, so buy the thicker durable ones that'll last for years. Also, A lot of these cute plastic art carts are unfortunately junk, the thin metal warps, comes unlined, wheels break off, knobs pop out... I made the mistake several times, no way again. It upsets me to go into these craft stores and see their outright expensive prices for plain out cheap,junk. I highly suggest buying durable made storage items. There are solutions out there. Get creative and possibly let a creative project be to make a DIY storage system.
